Hello! My name is Kathy Arents. I was born in southwest Michigan and have lived in Fort Collins for over 30 years. I am married to Todd and we have 3 beautiful daughters & 4 wonderful grandchildren! We enjoy hiking and the beach and the mountains and hanging out with all of them!

I began my career in real estate in 1990. Education is an integral part of success, in my opinion. I earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation my first year in the business. I am also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation earned by less than 4% of brokers nationwide, and have the Masters in Real Estate (MRE) Designation, earned by less than 1% of brokers.

INTEGRITY is also very important to me. For that reason, the Fort Collins Board of Realtors has, over the years, elected me as a Director, appointed me to serve as Chairman of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees and selected me as its 2017 Realtor of the Year.

My business focus is to establish long-term business relationships with my customers. My business philosophy is simple & direct:  I want you to feel comfortable enough to refer me to your closest friends and associates. This will only happen if I continue to put your needs first as part of my daily routine.

I have been an active career person for many years and know the meaning of extra effort. I have a strong work ethic. "I am not satisfied until the job is done and done right."
